The Best Ever Logbook

This is the only logbook I have used since my doctor suggested I begin tracking my blood glucose level. It came with my original Freestyle glucometer and I have continued to reorder it as needed. It provides ample space for recording blood glucose levels, blood pressure readings, and weight. It is an essential tool for tracking what I consider my “vitals.” Also, it is useful for when I see my doctor.
