Features excellent exudation management to minimize maceration and supports normalization of wound bed temperature.DermaFoam waterproof foam wound dressing is intended for use as a primary dressing; it may be used for the management of acute or chronic partial and full thickness wounds/ulcers with moderate to heavy exudate. DermaFoam is highly absorbent, waterproof and sterile. Its foam is bonded to a semi-permeable polyurethane outer film that allows the wound to breathe while maintaining an optimal moist wound environment. The outer layer also helps prevent bacterial contamination. DermaFoam conforms easily to awkward-to-dress areas and protects and cushions wounds.
