Sterile gauze dressing infused with DermaSyn, a vitamin E-enriched hydrogel, to maintain a moist wound environment and support autolytic debridement. Ideal for dry to minimally exudating wounds, including partial and full-thickness ulcers, burns, cuts, abrasions, and radiation dermatitis. Offers cooling relief, protects nerve surfaces, and allows for easy, once-daily removal. Requires a secondary dressing. Latex-free.
