MEDI USA Eclypse Adherent Super Absorbent Dressing CR3864 is a sterile, self-adhesive silicone dressing designed for moderate to heavily exudating wounds. The soft silicone contact layer adheres only to dry skin around the wound bed, providing pain-free dressing removal without damaging periwound tissue. The dressing can be adjusted without losing its adherent properties or causing patient discomfort.

The rapid wicking contact layer draws exudate into the highly absorbent CrystaLock moisture locking system, which forms a gel on contact with fluid for large capacity uptake. A third layer spreads exudate evenly across the dressing, preventing bulging in any one area to maintain consistent sub-bandage pressure. The water-resistant barrier backing prevents strikethrough with a high moisture vapor transfer rate, prolonging wearability.

Measuring 8 x 12, this sterile, latex-free dressing offers exceptional absorbency for extensive wounds requiring compression therapy.
