Did not receive what I ordered (Sooth and Cool Moisture Barrier Ointment 7oz) I received prevent ointment, Manufacture has changed the product Not happy

I ordered this product because my husband gets very dry skin especially in the winter. He started using this because of the thickness of the ointment and thought it would stay on his back and legs while he works as an excavator in outside winter months, and it has worked well. We were 1st introduced to this product by hospice for his father that came to live out the remainder of his days with us. This worked for keeping him dry and preventing bedsores so we thought it would work great for my husband and it sure did. When we ran out of the tube I couldn’t find anywhere we could purchase this in a store or pharmacy so I got online and ordered 2 tubes that should last my husband about 2-3 years since we only use alittle bit and it goes along way. Thank you for your product!

I use this on my moms ( 93 ) butt at diaper changing and it has definitely keep her from getting soars. She is completely bedridden.
