DermaRite Petrolatum Gauze Dressing is available in a variety of sizes to best suit most wound care needs. The non-adherent cotton gauze dressing is impregnated with white petrolatum to aid in healing by creating a moist wound environment. Petrolatum gauze is not absorbent; rather it's designed to be a primary dressing and protect the wound with moisture to support healing. It's recommended to use an absorbent wound dressing when needing to wick away wound exudate for low exuding wounds.
