Return Policy And Refund
You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the client's responsibility. In certain cases, a prepaid return label may be provided if the return qualifies under specific eligibility criteria.
CGM Product Cancellation & Return Policy
- Cancellations: Cancellations of any CGM monitors, CGM sensors, or related CGM supplies are subject to a 10% to 15% cancellation fee, which reflects the processing fees charged by the client’s card issuer for both incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any CGM monitors or CGM supplies (including sensors). If a product is faulty or experiencing technical issues, please contact the manufacturer directly for support, troubleshooting, or replacement under their warranty policy.
Eligible Return
You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong item.

The item you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

The item was lost in transit (must be confirmed by the shipping carrier as undelivered).
Important:
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, any issues related to manufacturer defects should be directed to the product manufacturer for warranty or support.
Open Box & Clearance Items Policy
Items sold as Open Box or Clearance are non-refundable and sold as-is.
These items are not eligible for return or exchange, as clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase. While all Open Box diabetes and medical supplies are brand new and unused, they may have been removed from original packaging to reduce shipping costs or are part of a clearance sale.
Please note: All sales on Open Box and Clearance items are final.
How to Start a Return:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to "Complete Orders" under the My Account menu.
- Click the "Return Item(s)" button.
- You’ll receive an RMA (Return Authorization) and return instructions via email.
- Items must be returned to the address provided in the email.

Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Buyer(S) is responsible for any Custom issue or Custom Clearance, for any reason if you in International package You Local Custom is not Cleared Medical Supply Corner is not responsible and we will not be able to give you Refund for any Shipping charges.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please Make sure to properly check Your Name and Address. If you have Apartment or Unit number all must be enters at the time of check out properly.
Once the order is submitted to us our shipping Department will automatically ship the item to you as you issue to us. After those actions are taken we will not be able to Make any changes to the order.
In case of misspelled/ or wrong name Address house number members name apt # zip code or state or country have been sent to us it will be almost impossible for our staff to make any changes to that.
If for any reason you as a buyer have issued us wrong information and package comes back to us , we will have no choice but to cancel the order and refund the amount back minus shipping charges. If the item was purchased with Free shipping promotion a $10.00 fee will be applied and will be deducted from your total amount before refund incase of wrong address or package not been Accepted by shopper.
