Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our Shipping, Returns, and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.


Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • In certain cases, a prepaid return shipping label may be provided if the return qualifies under our eligibility criteria.

CGM Product Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations for any CGM monitors, CGM sensors, or related CGM supplies are subject to a 10%–15% cancellation fee. This fee reflects the processing charges applied by the client's payment processor for both incoming and outgoing card transactions.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • CGM Monitors
  • CGM Sensors
  • Related CGM Supplies

If your product is faulty or experiencing technical issues, please contact the manufacturer directly for troubleshooting, warranty service, or replacement.


Eligible Returns

You may be eligible for a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Your order was lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by the shipping carrier.
Important Information
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, manufacturer defects must be handled directly through the product manufacturer under their warranty policy.

Open Box & Clearance Items Policy

All Open Box and Clearance items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

These products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, as clearly stated in the product description at the time of purchase.

Although all Open Box diabetes and medical supplies are brand new and unused, they may have:

  • Been removed from their original packaging to reduce shipping costs.
  • Been marked as clearance inventory.

All Open Box and Clearance item sales are final.


How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to My Account > Complete Orders.
  3. Click the "Return Item(s)" button.
  4. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return instructions via email.
  5. Return the item only to the address provided in your RMA email.

Customer Service Hours

Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions. We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours.

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (PST)
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Closed on all official government holidays.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will not ship the same day, even if expedited shipping is selected.
  • Our daily order cutoff time is 11:59 AM PST.

Shipping Estimates

  • Standard orders are shipped via Ground Service unless Expedited Shipping is purchased.
  • Expedited shipping transit times begin only after the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
  • The shipping day itself is not included in the estimated transit time.
  • Weekends are not counted as business shipping days.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship to virtually any address within the United States. Certain products may have shipping restrictions and may not be eligible for international delivery.

For international shipments:

  • The buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
  • If a package is delayed, rejected, or not cleared by local customs, Medical Supply Corner is not responsible.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for customs-related issues.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Product weights are listed on each product page and are rounded up to the nearest full pound in accordance with shipping carrier policies.


Important Address & Order Information

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

  • Verify your full name.
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct.
  • Include any apartment, suite, or unit numbers.
  • Confirm your city, state, ZIP code, and country.

Once an order has been submitted to our shipping department, we are generally unable to make changes to the shipping information.

If incorrect information is provided, including but not limited to:

  • Misspelled name
  • Incorrect address
  • Wrong house number
  • Missing apartment or unit number
  • Incorrect ZIP code
  • Incorrect state or country

and the package is returned to us, the order will be cancelled and refunded subject to the following conditions:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the order qualified for Free Shipping, a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • The same policy applies if the package is refused or not accepted by the customer.
