DermaCol is a versatile wound dressing recommended by clinicians for managing complex wounds such as pressure ulcers, burns, grafts, surgical sites, and abrasions. Designed to support healing, it conforms easily to irregular wound beds and can be trimmed or layered as needed.

Upon contact with wound exudate, the dressing transforms into a soft, gel-like barrier that soothes the area and maintains optimal moisture levels. Its formula—combining collagen, sodium alginate, EDTA, and CMC—absorbs excess fluid, regulates harmful enzymes, and promotes the development of healthy tissue.
