DermaRite DermaCol Collagen Dressing
DermaCol is a Type 1 bovine collagen wound dressing designed for exuding wounds and minor bleeding. It promotes healing by maintaining a moist environment and supporting granulation and epithelialization. Upon contact with wound fluid, it forms a soft, cooling gel for added comfort. The dressing contains collagen, sodium alginate, EDTA, and CMC—ingredients that absorb exudate, inhibit MMPs, and stimulate healing in chronic or stalled wounds.
